Error loading forms. Some controls need to be registered?

We have installed and registered Office Professional 2003, as well as SBA
2006 with the Business Contact Manager update. However, when we try to
access any of the BCM forms, such as to Add an account, an opportunity, a
note, etc., we get the following message> "Error loading form. Some of the
needed controls may not be registered".

We sure think we have registered everything. Any thoughts??

The "registered" message in this case is a developers' term and has nothing
to do with software licensing.

There are some updates available to this product. I linked to them on my
site. Please respond to Raul re: Quickbooks presence.
