I get an 'abnormal termination' error in Outlook

I am using Outlook 2002 and have two e-mail addresses at work. After
creating another profile for my second e-mail address, I accessed Outlook and
selected the new profile then got an "abnormal termination" error. I will
then get this error whenever I will shift profiles. Can anyone tell me if
they've encountered this error before and how you managed to correct it?
 
See if deleting the SRS file helps... it's at C:\Documents and
Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook.
