Abnormal program termination

Everytime I close Outlook, a window appears asking me if I want to send MSW an error message and reopen outlook. Yesterday I received an abnormal program termination message, too. Other symptoms: takes a long time to open, often email recipients are receiving duplicates from me.

Hi,
Could you please try the following:
-stop any antivirus running on the system and then try closing outlook.
-if the above doesnot help then uninstall outlook and reboot your system
-reinstall outlook and update it with the latest service packs.
