I forgot my password for email is there anyway I can retreve it.

I forgot my password on outlook email, I know what my username is I just do
not remember my password. Is there anyway that I would be able to find out
what my password is?

Is this a password for your ISP, is Outlook continually prompting you for a
password, or is this for your PST? If none of these is the case, please post
back and clarify.

If it is the password to your ISP account for authorization when you connect
to your ISP, you have to contact them to reset it or you may be able to do it
for yourself on their website.
