How can i sign in if i forgot the password

My admin has changed our outlook password and he forgot the password also
forgot to tell me before so both of us cannot sign in, how can i signing in
if i forgot the password

Outlook itself does not have a password protection; the password is most
likely for the mail server. Ask the admin to reset it again, and give it
to you immediately.
