how do i access ms password list

Need to put access password on my ms outlook personal folder; I forgot the
old password... I could have saved it on the so-called "password list", How
do I retrieve this list, if such a thing does exist. Anyways, is ther a way
to put a password in outlook mail?

Since you have to supply the password when you load Outlook which
opens the password-protected account, just how are you doing that
without already knowing what is the old password? If you password the
..pst file, Outlook will prompt you for the password every time it
loads and opens that .pst file.

You did not say that you could not open the .pst file. You ask on how
to change the password while claiming you don't know the old one. You
would have to know the old one to be using your local message store
(.pst file). Sounds like someone fishing on how to hack someone
else's .pst file.
