I email picts and vido totalng 103mb and its ben holdn mymail stk

I use outlook as a default but after sending 103 mb of video and pictures all
my email is sock in the outbox and slowed down my computer how do I get rid
of the socked email I tried to delit it but it tell me that it allready
started sendign it and wont let me delit it.
