Outlook Email

I have a email with 70mb attachment that is stuck in my outbox. It will not
send and I cannot delete or move to another folder. How do I get rid of this
email so that my outbox sill function correctly? When I try to delete it
says it has started to send the email and will not allow me to delete it.

Try to work offline in Outlook (File > Work Offline) and delete the email
then. Or open Outlook in safe mode to do it:

Go to your option, and turn off the automatic Send/Receive.

THEN, Clicky the little down arrow beside send/receive. Then go down to
send/receive options, then to show progress. Cancel the sending.

After that, delete the message and turn back your Auto-Send/Receive.

If that doesn't work, then I'm outta ideas.
