i.e. problem

internet explorer shows "cannot find page" and constantly
runs at least 15 times when i try to run other programs
ex.disk defrag will sometimes do it if comp. sits for a
while any help will be appreciated

When you say "runs at least 15 times" what do you mean?

If 15 processes are running then check for parasites.
