I cleverly password protected my online access and promptly lost

the password. The hint isn't helping either. How can I remove the password
protection?

Email your ISP (Internet Service Provider) and ask them for your password.
Use a friends computer, that may help if you can't access yours. Some have
800 numbers to use.
