I can't view my faxes, HELP

When I try to view my faxes in the "Fax Console" nothing
happens. I have to save down the fax some where then open
it up using windows explorer. It is the only way it knows
what application to use. Why can't I view my incoming or
outgoing faxes from the fax console. Help!

Have you applied SP1? It fixes the problem as does this:
