In my office there are several computers linked to a network drive. We save
all our info to this drive daily. I'm having problems viewing some of the
info in one particular folder. One person makes changes and saves it. All the
other computers in my office can see the new changes except me. When I open
the folder the information shows through 04/11/05. There have been saved
changes everyday since then. Why am I unable to see them? They do get saved
each day.

This is a Microsoft ACCESS newsgroup. We answer questions related to
Microsoft Access databases.

That does not seem to be a Excel issue and certainly not an Access
issue. Check with your LAN manager.

This is a newsgroup dedicated to questions about Access, the database
program in Office Professional. It appears your question may not be related
to these subjects. The Microsoft help system is not all that clear and may
have misdirected you here.

It is best to ask your questions in a newsgroup dedicated to the
subject of your question. You should find people better able to address
your problem there.

Note: It is always best to indicate the name and version of any
program(s) you may be using when asking a question and also indicate the
operating system (like Windows XP or 98) when you ask a question.

It sounds to me that you are looking at a different folder (old back-up of
the required folder???) which is easy to do since the same folder name can
be used in different part of the file structure and adding the network on
top (+ shared names, etc ...), it is easy to look at the wrong folder.

I just got a call from your boss. He says he fired you back on 4/11/05
and you may not have received the memo yet. :-)
