HI! im trying to upload my jpg pictures to web page and i have done evrything
right! and i dont know why i cant upload my pics ieven with messenger and
outlook!
can someone please help me with this proble or something ?

What is the website? If this is a picture storage website, Have you checked
the websites help files on uploading?
