I can't send emails from windows live

When I try to send emails I get
server: "mail.optonline.net"
windows livemail error id: 0x800ccc0e
protocol: smtp
port:135
secure(ssl) no
socket error:10060

Check Optonline's Website or tech support. I don't know of any POP3 server
that uses port 135. More likely 25, or 587 with authentication checked.

Since no advanced ports or options are specified, you should be using the default SMTP port (25).
