I can't send email.

I can recieve but not send email. I've tried all the usual, checking
incoming and outgoing servers, outgoing authentication box checked,
passwords, etc. When I test the error says "Could not log in to outgoing
mail server."
 
Have you double checked the SMTP (outgoing mail) server name and if it
requires any sort of authentication?
