I can't login to windows mail

Hi.

I can't login on the windows mail i did all the step on this page here and
nothing as change.
I always stop me on the start of Windows mail asking me user name and
password and i put the correct one and cames back to the same page.
My antivirus is the kaspersky and i never had this problem with it.
I tryed to login on the broweser and it worked.
I downloaded the new windows live mail and it does the same.
Please can somebody help me.

You may have problems with your setup under Windows Mail and
Windows Live Mail. Ask your email provider (who is probably
also your internet provider) for their instructions for setting up to
use their email servers. If they don't have instructions written for
Windows Mail yet, use their instructions for Outlook Express
but under Windows Mail instead. The same will probably work
under Windows Live Mail also. The instructions are probably
somewhere on their web site. Or, you could tell us who your
email provider is and see if anyone here already knows where
to find the instructions.

My email provider is gmail.
I checked on the web and nothing new about this issue.
Could it be something to do with windows vista sp1???
Please can anyone help me.
I can logging on the brower for gmail but i can't in windows mail on my
desktop.
I put the password and username correct but it always cames back and ask me
again for the same username and pass.
This is my issue.

The instructions cover both the POP method and the IMAP method.
Choose one of them.
