I Can't get to my programs

Help!!?? I just recently installed windows xp from win98. I can't get to any of my programs, they are in the computer but I can't get them into my start menu. any help would be appreciated.

If you know their address, you can create a shortcut to them.

Do a search for them on the Start menu.

I am having the same problems... I created 3 user
accounts and no one, even the administrator can access any
of the programs. Did you figure it out yet??
