I can't delete a message, so annoying!

Hello

I use outlook and I have a message that says:

Message could not be displayed
Windows Mail encountered an unexpected problem while displaying this
message. Check your computer for low memory or low disk space and try again.

When I try to delete it, it wont let me. Gives me this message:

An unknown error has occurred


How can I delete this message?

You have Outlook, do you use it? The error message is from Windows Mail,
not Outlook. For the Windows Mail problem, see if this helps, it works for
all folders:

Messages may be stuck in the Outbox when you use Windows Mail on a computer
that is running Windows Vista

Do you have any problems with Outlook we need to address?
