I can't access my printers

when i load windows i get an error message " spoolsv.exe- application error
the instruction referenced memory at ### the memory could not be read"
Then get into windows when its loaded and go to the printer file.
If there are printers resident there it tells me I can't access them because
the spooler isn't running or i get an error code like the first one.
Sometimes there is no printers showing and then its says unable to complete
if i press install printer.
Help please !!
