I cannot receive e-mails now

I cannot receive e-mails and I can't delete my old ones. I don't care at
this point about the deleting of e-mails. But I REALLY need help finding out
how to fix my e-mail to receive e-mails. It just started doing this.
 
Any error message when you try to receive email?
