i cannot delete this file: avmawex.exe

i did a virus scan because my 'puter is very, very buggy, and i found this
file. my Norton Antivirus says its spyware so i really want to get rid of
it. it is in C:\WINDOWS\system32 and when i try to delete it, it says:

"Cannot delete avmawex: Access is denied.

Make sure the disk is not write-protected and that the file is not currently
in use."

any ideas?

thank you, i did this and i could delete it. buuuuuuut, there are two files
that my norton say are spyware/adware thet are not in the task manager. they
are: "lmf32v.dll" and "2b3fsk0h.dll". also, when i press ctrl + alt + del,
the task manager does not show up. i think i read on another post saying
that i had to rename the task manager. now it is a shortcut on my desktop
and my start menu. a remedy for this would be nice. ty
