I can not send emails...

Can any help me...I can't send email......It was working fine until updated
my computer SP2....Now I get this when I want to send...Your server has
unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include
server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account:
'NetZero Mail', Server: 'smtp.netzero.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25,
Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F

I did it still doesn't let me send.
