Hello,
our Library uses a system called Innovative interfaces
(innopac)for Library catalog search , until last year we
had been working on character base telnet program called
Anziowin, and we were able to print our library book call
numbers through this anziowin character base software on
Citizen Clp 1001 thermal printer, but this year our
systems (Innovative interfaces)upgraged to phase 2 using a
graphic interface software called Innopac millenium
The issue is that now we couldn't print our book labels on
our citizen Label printer using this graphic program, but
what is Weird that we can print on any other deskjet A4
printer using this new graphic pogram.
Can anybody help me to solve this problem.
