Strange Printers problem from Print server.....

We have a W2K print server that has numerous printers installed (10+).
Most of the printers are attached to external jet direct cards. There
are sporadic issues with the printers (not printing out a full page,
garbled text, etc) and one issue that is consistent. There is one
Deskjet (HP 895Cse on a JD 170x) that will not print out a complete
page (even a test page). It will print part of the way and then stop
and error (Error 61). If I move this to another print server it is
fine.

The current print server also manages our dialin accounts, dhcp and
dns. I am wondering if this activity can be affecting the printing.
Any ideas?

This is a problem with your Driver or Print Port Monitor on this server.

Check out the following Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 314073 and remove
any 3rd party Print Port Monitor and Print Processor;
