I can not install windows XP

Hi got a pc can not install xp pro. because the pc freezem when load the
instalation. In the begin I think is hard driver it is not. I talk same
people they say is Hardware problem. This pc come XP HOME install. I tray to
install Windows 2000 I got the some problem freezem in instalation. I tray
Win98 is work fine when I do the upgrade to WIndows XP PRO is freezim.I have
disable all hardware from the motheboard . What I can do?

You say the system came with Windows XP Home Edition? If so was XP Home
preinstalled or? Is the install itself freezing or could you give me any
specific error messages it might be showing?

Please. I have no idea how to get the sound back. We loaded Windows XP and
lost the sound.
Any help is much appreciated
