I can no longer fax from word, when I try, it indicates 2 items

Up untill today, I faxed on a daily basis from word or excel. It no longer
works. In the printer area, it shows 2 item ready to be faxed, however,
neither will work. My modem works fine for e-mail & the web.
 
Sorry, wrong newsgroup. This newsgroup is for Microsoft Access, a database
application.

Suggest you re-post to one of the Word newsgroup. Also, cross-post to the
relevant newsgroup for your O/S as this is, most likely, related to the
setting in your OS rather than Word.
