I am only getting messages on one of my two accounts

I have just loaded Office Standard 2007. all seems OK apart from Outlook. I
have 2 Accounts but I do not receive messages on one of them. I notice that
the installation did not remove OE 6 and luckily I still get the messages
there. I tried removing the problem account from OE6 but nothing happened.
When I reinstated the account on OE6, the missing messages all came in to
it.This morning, Outlook said it had found a new account and asked if it
should configure it. I said YES but nothing happened?
Any help please?

Did you check the configuration of the account in Outlook? Are you getting
any error messages?
