I think I may have configured or linked my online juno email account
incorrectly with outlook on my PC...because now all the email messages that
used to be in my inbox on my online account are completely gone from my
online account's webpage that I log into and can only be found on my PC in
outlook! How can I prevent this from happening???? Can I get these eamils
(over 4000) sent back to my online account??? Otherwise how can I access
these and new emails that come in to the online account from any other
computer but the PC where they are on outlook???

Thats the default action for a pop mail account, you would need to configure
the Outlook mail account to leave a copy on the server.
Once leave a copy on the server is activated, you can only 'put the previous
mail back' by forwarding them to yourself, and then you will have 4000+
duplicates in your Outlook inbox

You're downloading via POP using the default settings, which delete the
messages from the server after they are downloaded to the mail client; there
are good reasons for this.

Changing that setting to "leave messages on the server" will allow you to
download them, but not delete them. The downside of this is that the next
time you set up your account on a PC, the entire mailbox will be downloaded
again. This can take some time.

It's *possible* to put the messages back *if* you can re-create the account
as IMAP, but the server has to support this (it doesn't look like Juno
does). Move the messages to an offline and separate store so that they
are safe. Verify that you can open them on another email account (create a
new PST file, copy the messages to it, then open that PST file on another PC
with Outlook). Re-create your email account using IMAP settings; the
inbox will be empty (it's a new account). Once that's done, copy the
messages from the offline store to the inbox. Then, disconnect from the
network and go back to your POP settings, with the option set to leave the
messages on the server. Don't re-connect till you are sure you have
changed that setting.

If you can't move the messages back to the server, you can at least save
the messages to a PST file and access them from other PCs with Outlook that
way.
