i am having win 2003 server how to install xp

Dear friend,
I am having win 2003 server in my Pc ,I want to install xp also as a dual
boot.If i installed win xp i know vey well my win2K3 won't boot.Is there any
optin to install win xp without out affecting win2K3.
Note:I dont have win 2k3 cd &floopy drive

Save the Windows 2003 server versions of files ntldr and ntdetect.com.
After installing Windows XP, replace the Windows XP versions of ntldr
and ntdetect.com with Windows 2003 server's.
