i am a new be how do i edit the text and keep in line

i am using sharpdesk i have the text in but how do i edit the pages and then
keep them so i can pnint them out
 
No idea what "sharpdesk" is. This is an ACCESS newsgroup. We help answer
questions about using the database application called "Access" that is part
of Microsoft Office Professional.
 
I think SharpDesk is made by Sharp, the copier people. Microsoft doesn't
make that software.
