hyperlinks in emails

when I click on hyperlinks in emails nothing happens. any suggestions or help?

Reset web settings in IE's tools, options? Are these in messages in junk
email folder?

thanks for assistance thus far. I am a computer idiot and I"ve checked in
IE tools options but I can't find the spot to "activate hyperlinks."

These aren't in junk emails -I always just delete them.

Where can I get your book - will it be relevant for Microsoft OUtlook 2000?

Not activate hyperlinks - Reset Web settings. This restores the original
settings in IE and should fix the issue. It's in IE's Tools, Options
dialog - In IE7, it's on the Advanced tab the button is labeled Reset, the
section is Reset Internet Explorer settings.

Are the messages plain text or html? does it happen with every hyperlink?
Does the cursor turn into the hand to indicate it is a hyperlink?
