Hyperlink

Hello to all,

I can not get the hyperlink properties to work ( right
click select hyperlink properties and it does not open)
Can anyone help me with the problem? I have uninstall it
three times and it still wont work! I am using frontpage
2002.

After highlighting the text, click on Insert then on
Hyperlink...

I know that part but it's not working! How can I fix it?
