Hyperlink opens my documents folder instead of IE

I have received an email message with a hyperlink in it to UPS.com. When I
click it, it takes me to my "documents" folder. How can I fix this?

I tried to find a way to edit this but was unable to. When I click the
ups.com link I get the "Locate Link Browser". I am running Microsoft Vista
Home Premium and I don't have an option in Folder Options to change the
details... HELP
