hyperlinks in outlook only open "my documents" in MS explorer

about a week ago my outlook began something strange.

when i click on a hyperlink in an email i receive, the "my document" folder
opens, not in my web browser to the correct link.

appreciate any help to (e-mail address removed)

And the dialog is called "Locate Link Browser"?

Point it to IEXPLORE.EXE or reset your web settings in Control Panel->
Internet Options or Default Programs
