hyperlink in e-mail not working

If I click on a hyperlink in any e-mail message it takes
me to a dialong box that wants to download a program to
my PDA. The program is one that was downloaded to my PDA
prevously. Don't know how this happened and don't know
how to correct it.
 
Close Outlook

Select Start | Run

Enter regsvr32 urlmon.dll

Select OK

Open Outlook

....any better?
