Auto-Creating Hyperlinks Not working

I have a computer with a fresh install of Office 2007 Pro that makes me manually create hyperlinks to websites. By manually I mean highlight the address, right click, and choose hyperlink. The site is always listed so I onlyneed to click OK and the text becomes a hyperlink. I've never seen this before. Is there an setting the needs to be changed to automatically turn these addresses into hyperlink? Usually I can type a websites address and hit the spacebar or enter and it becomes a link. I've only tried it in Word andOutlook.

It must be something fairly simple right?

If anyone else needs the answer to this.

In Word 2007:
- Click on the Office button.
- Click on "Word Options".
- Click on "Proofing".
- Click on "AutoCorrect Options".
- Choose the " AutoFormat as you Type" tab.
- Check the checkbox at "Internet and Network Paths with Hyperlink"

Now the hyperlinks in Word 2007 should work just fine.
