Hyperlink does not open file and prevents future access

I have a simple hyperlink on a page to open up an Access database on another
server. When the link is clicked the Open/Save dialog box appears. After
selecting "Open" nothing happens. What is worse is that until I restart my
computer I can no longer open the database by any means. I can make other
links to other databases work but this one never works. The process doesn't
appear under applications on task manager, but I do have several instances of
MSACCESS appearing under open Processes. The only thing I can think of is
that this file is 60 megs. How can I get around this?

If you are running Windows XP SP2, then it has been blocked for security.

It also could be related to an IE or Windows update under Windows 2000, but suggest your post to the
Access newsgroup, as it is really not a FP issue.
