Hyper link problem

Hello

Please can any one help me when I hit a link from outlook to a web address
it gives me an error message stating syntax error in the command line of
active sync
I have down loaded the latest 3.8 active sync but this has not helped
Microsoft explorer starts to go to the page but then falls overs showing
this error message

any help would be appreciated
