Dear All,
I have two external hard drives, one which always appears in Explorer
as a Local Disk, and has the FAT32 file system, and the other as a
Removable Disk, and has the NTFS system. I keep most of my files on
these two disks. I also have a USB Memory Stick MP3 player, on which I
listen to my music, which also appears as a removable disk in explorer.
For some reason, unknown to me, I cannot use WMP to synchronise some of
the music stored on the NTFS drive to my USB MP3 device. When I try,
the error message is: "Windows Media Player cannot sync the file to
your device. The file might be stored in a location that is not
supported. Copy the file from its current location to your hard disk,
add it to your library, and then try to sync the file again."
However, very strangely, two songs on the Sync List DO get
synchronised.
I am totally confused by this, so any help would be much appreciated.
Cheers,
Ed
