Internet explorer loads as part of wallpaper

Please help me I think I am going crazy.

GoogleEarth caused my computer to freeze and automatically to hard reboot (I
will ask wtf in another post). After a couple of tries I was presented with
"Active Desktop Recovery". I clicked on the "Restore my Active Desktop" and
received the following error message, titled: Internet Explorer Script Error.
I click cancel and that didn't work so I clicked retry. Sorry I am not sure
of the what happened next but I loaded IE. I tried rebooting. Ever since I
get a working copy of IE as part of my background, covering the exact area as
the "Active Desktop" message. I use a wallpaper changer and whenever the
wallpaper changes the IE reloads. I have tried to turn of the wallpaper
changer and load a standard wallpaper but it still happens.

Please see my answer to your first post about Google Earth. Since these
issues are related, please continue the discussion in that other thread.
Otherwise we will have fragmented answers.

I suspect this issue is connected with the Google Earth problem, but we
simply don't have enough information about your computer to get a good
picture of what is going on. Please go back to your first thread and answer
the questions I asked you so we can continue.

I won't be monitoring this thread any more.
