Active Desktop Recovery

Pressing "Restore my active desktop" button, on "Active Desktop Recovery"
Screen -which dispalys after improper shutdown (Power Failure etc),
displays this message window:

internet explorer script error (title)
an error has occurred in the script on this page

Do you ant to continue scripts on this page?

Pressing either Yes or No do nothing.

There my be other work around but I change wallpaper in Display
Properties-Desktop to get my Desktop back.

I use old Wallpaper Changer (at system startup only) and Active Desktop
Calendar on my Desktop.

When all else fails, HijackThis v2.0.2
(http://aumha.org/downloads/hijackthis.exe) is the preferred tool to use (in
conjunction with some other utilities). HijackThis will NOT fix anything on
its own, but it will help you to both identify and remove any
hijackware/spyware with assistance from an expert. **Post your log to

Uninstalled IE7 and now Active Desktop Recovery comes with a message up
front:
"Your current settings don't allow activeX ...................... "
something similar.
