How do you use Outlook with HTTP set up using Yahoo free subscription?

Yahoo doesn't support the WebDav protocol needed to use HTTP access in

When posting the same message to multiple related newsgroups, cross-post the
same message to each. Multiposting separate copies to different groups
disconnects the posts (the pointers to them) so respondents (and you) cannot
see all replies made in each group to which you submitted your message.

There are replies to your other disconnected and multiposted copies of your
post which tell you what to do.

I'm not sure about the HTTP setup, as I don't know what that means and I
only caught this particular post, but I use YahooPOPs! with Outlook and it
pulls messages off my yahoo account and sends them to me with this freeware
app. Again, I'm not sure what you're trying to do, but if you need a way to
read your Yahoo mail using Outlook, this is one way to go and with a free
Yahoo acct, too.
