HTML emails using mail merge

Help me please!

I have had a look around on a few groups and no one seems to know the answer
to the question. Bascially I am trying to do a mail merge through Outlook XP
Pro. If you select that you want to send the email in a html format it
displays the egg timer and then says merging but nothing happens. There is
no emails in outbox, or sent items. I need to be able to send it in html
format any suggestions?

Do you get the same when trying to merge as plain text?
First ensure the latest Office XP Service Pack is installed.
