html e-mails are arriving plain text

a member has been sending weekly e-mail reports in html format using Outlook
Express, now that we converted her to use Outlook 2003, that same html report
is being received as plain text to the same recipients. Has anyone run into
this problem?
 
I have the same problem. All html mail sent from Outlook 2003 comes as plan
text with a winmail.dat as attachment. if I open the mail with outlook
client, it opens as html. If I open it wioth any other client such as
mozilla, it opens as plain text + the attachment.

But what about the settings for the individual users? You state that you
"converted her to Outlook 2003". How did you do this conversion. Did you
use export/import anywhere in the process? If so, that could be the issue.

Choose one of the contacts and open that contact record. Double-click the
email address and examine the "Internet format" drop-down, if one appears at
the bottom of the dialogue? WhHat does it say?
