YES but have you got any other HTML editor? That editor should have
changed the default program for this purpose. I suggest download
Netscape version 7.2 (the last browser with HTML composer/editor) or
Mozilla. these will allow you to change the defaults.
The dirty way is to hack the registry but I won't explain here as this
is my last message for today!! I suggest go to Internet Options and see
what is listed under Programs/HTML Editors.
