HSBC Internet Banking doesn't work after SP2

Folks,

Waiting for HSBC's login screen just results in a time-out, with the
typical..."Adjust your browser settings and check your encryption
strength".

I've just reinstalled Windows from scratch to try to solve this
problem and it didn't work. My browser cipher is at 128 and cookies
are set to LOW security.

I've read some posts from people mentioning all Secure sites don't
work, but in our case, it just seems to be HSBC UK.

Any ideas?
