IE6 cypher strength

Mike

I just cancelled AOL and started using Juno, however I
cannot access "secure" sites such as banking etc... On my
browser help tab it shows I have 0 bit cypher strength on
my Internet Explorer 6 rather than the 128 bit required to
view and access secured sites. How do I get the 128 bit
encryption on IE6?

Cipher Strength Appears as 0-Bit in Internet Explorer
When you click About Internet Explorer on the Help menu,
the cipher strength entry may be "0-Bit" and you may be
unable to connect to secure Web sites.
