0-bit cypher strength?

i cant log into my amazon count, plus about 4 other
websites i cant log into, apparently requires 128-bit
strength security. when i click on help- about IE- it
says IE 6.0, SP1, 0-bit cypher strength. how do i
change it to 128-bit?
