hp220 network problem

Hi I'm hoping some one can help me.

I trying to get an hp2200dn onto a net work using tcp ip
I can't get the printer to see the net work correctly it just says with the
default windows net work. It can't seem to see my work ip address. Is there
an easy way to get it to find the server so I can use it.

I have install the drivers for it but just can't get it to work

the server is using windows 2000, and the work stations are all windows xp
