HP1215

I have a hp psc 1215 all in one printer. Everything seems fine but when i try
to print i get a blank page. All connections are fine, I can scan a page from
the printer to my computer ,settings all seem fine , colour cartridge is
emptyish but the black one is virtually new and shows as almost full when I
check in the Toolbox. Have looked through manual but no mention of this type
of problem. Printed ok when i first put in new cartridge and then nothing.
Anyone seen this before ?

Even if you're only printing with black ink, the color cartridge must have
ink in it (it makes the black look blacker). Usually the printer refuses to
print (at least that's how it works on Canon and Epson units) but HP may be
different.

Change out the color tank and see if the problem goes away.

fax and try to instal the printer the name of the printer is not foun and i
dont have the disk to instal him so what do i do
